What areas do you serve? The entire Triangle, I own property in Wake Forest, Raleigh, Apex, Cary, and Durham.
What is your real estate experience? I've been working in the industry and investing in real estate for 25 years. I purchased my first home when I was 22 and love helping others, especially young buyers!
What are your specialties? Investment homes, I own several investments properties and enjoy helping others start their journey to financial independence through real estate.
What is your greatest strength? My business mind - I'm always thinking about my next real estate investments
What is your greatest weakness? I have a hard time saying no.
What degrees do you have? BS in Business with a concentration in Human Resources
What year did you start in the industry/profession? 1996
Do you prefer the beach or the mountains? The Lake - I grew up spending summers on a small lake in CNY and lovely to swim, boat and water ski.
Do you prefer salty or sweet snacks? Both - chocolate cover caramel with sea salt - YUM!
Are you a dog- or a cat-person? Mostly dog, but I have both because I have children. Bryson wanted the cat, Stitch and Brady wanted our golden mix, Bailey.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would you go? An over water bungalow in Fiji. I love the water - I'm a Pisces.
Why do you love living here? It's the perfect place: we get all 4 seasons, and we are centrally located between the Mountains and the Coast. We get the best of it all!
Do you eat Eastern- or Western-style barbecue? Neither - I'm from NY and we barbecue - it's a verb!
