Lori Ransom

I have worked with Lori Ransom since 2008. During that period she and I worked together on five houses, both buying and selling. I enjoyed working with Lori because she really does mean her motto of Real Estate Service, Not Just Sales. She works very hard for her clients both in negotiating and advising them of when to push forward or maybe stop pushing forward. Lori is professional but she's also fun to be around. She's great to go to for all the trades people you need when setting up your home or fixing it up for sale. Lori loves to get to know her clients so that she can help them choose wisely. In this past year of weird real estate Lori makes herself available whenever houses would come on the market so that you would never miss at least viewing a house you are interested in.That is sure vital right now. We were asked to relocate to Raleigh from Texas during the wild and crazy 2020 year. Lori was very helpful educating us about the North Carolina real estate process. We were very active searching online but Lori and her colleagues (Darcy Piscitelli and Beth Kempton) were quick to provide video facetime tours of homes when a visit to NC was not possible and getting us appointments to tour homes in person quickly once we arrived in NC for a house hunting trip. Lori is a "five star" agent whose strengths shined during the due diligence process representing our position with the seller. We were very pleased with the service Lori provided during a very smooth closing process. She continues to remain in contact to help us with home repairs and our moving process, going above and beyond what is expected of an agent. We feel that while she was good to represent us as a buyer her star may even shine brighter as a listing agent.

Purchasing and selling a home is hectic but Lori and her team made it simple for our family. We met Lori 4 years ago when we were thinking of moving down to North Carolina from IL. When we made the move down to North Carolina Lori helped us find a home in Holly Springs. We recently used Lori's services again with the sale of our Holly Springs home and the purchase of a home in Raleigh. When making a large investment you need to rely on people who are working for you and understand your requirements. Lori and her team were always available to assist, and went above and beyond showing us countless houses. Lori continually assured us that she would do whatever it took for us to find the right home. Every time we met with Lori my family and I felt that we were with family. That is just the type of person that Lori is, she cares about you as a person and makes you feel like family. We are looking forward to working with Lori again when we are ready for a beach condo.

Lori did an awesome job selling my mother's home. We got an offer almost immediately. Lori is extremely organized and very helpful throughout the whole process.
